Bulldogs Bite
There was no game summary posted last week because there WAS no game played. SealedSwedes and Pro Trans skate out on Rink 3 on a sultry Monday night. Pro Trans begins skating strong in the first, netting one on a rebound with a man alone in front. A second dog tally would keep the score 2-0 leaving the first, after a goal mouth scramble and a stickless Smith. In the second things started looking better for the Swedes, but they continued to get outshot. In the third, still down by 2-zip, Neil "Danny Briere" Bifulco did the nastiest behind the net fake so well he suprised himself and scored. Smith comes up big in the third, with help from Buckley and Jellison on the D line. But all in all it was too little too late, Swedes lose 3-1. After a 12-6 thrashing from the Vipers, a game that never happened, it is 1/4 the amount of goals, so we still get a point for not going to double digits.
